2024 Colour Trends From Pantone – Highlighting Must-Have Peach Fuzz Fashion at Marriotts Walk
With every new year comes a novel colour. This year, Pantone picked Peach Fuzz as their colour for 2024, and we’re interested in how the fashion industry has adopted the influence.
The Pantone 13-1023 colour is described as ‘a velvety gentle peach whose all-embracing spirit enriches heart, mind, and body.’ The tone is soft and warming and oozes springtime. Although winter is still with us, Peach Fuzz lends itself to spring’s blossoming and re-energising nature. The season brings with it a sense of freshness, revitalisation and awakening – all transferable elements to fashion.
Comforting Textures
Velvet, suede, quilt and furry fabrics are Peach Fuzz recommendations, and we’ve spotted many must-have pieces for new wardrobe additions and accessories.
The fashion world reports colour palettes, such as pairing muted orange shades and salmon pink flavours with neutral colours to stark contrasts such as berry, teal, mint green, and lavender. Communities are going to radiate effervescence, and the choices seem endless.
Complement clothing with jewellery, scarves, bags and sunglasses. Makeup shades and branded scents also get in on the Peach Fuzz theme. So, there’s something for everyone, whether you want to be donned from head to toe or take a more understated approach.

A Word from Pantone
Leatrice Eiseman, Pantone Color Institute™’s Executive Director, describes the colour as ‘…seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a colour radiant with warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion offers a tactile embrace and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.’
The colour was selected to promote a sense of ‘nurturing, empathy and compassion’ as the nation strives for a peaceful future – and we think they’ve got it bang on. Read more from Pantone here.
